Axial diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI), apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) map, and gadolinium-enhanced T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (from left to right) showing multifocal homogeneously enhancing lymphomatous deposits, the largest of which is within the deep right temporal white matter. The temporal lesion displays restricted water diffusion, demonstrated by hyperintense signal on DWI and hypointense signal on ADC, indicative of high cellularity.
