Pectus carinatum in a 17-year-old boy. Lateral chest radiograph (A) and axial computed tomography scan at the level of the ventricles (B) show the characteristic anterior protrusion of the lower portion of the sternum and the costal cartilages, with flattening of both sides of the chest.
