Bone tracer cardiac scinitigraphy

Whole-body Perugini visual scoring of cardiac uptake on 99mTc-DPD scintigraphy: Grade 0 represents no cardiac uptake, grade 1 represents mild cardiac uptake (less than that in bone), grade 2 represents cardiac uptake greater than that in bone (but bone uptake still remains visible), and grade 3 represents substantial cardiac uptake with only a weak or no signal evident in bone.
