Inflammatory pseudotumor of trachea

Computed tomography (CT) scan with coronal multiplanar reformation shows a sharply marginated nodular lesion originating from the right lateral wall of the lower trachea (arrow). Bronchoscopic biopsy yielded hemosiderin-laden macrophages. On a follow-up CT scan, the lesion decreased markedly in size (not shown).
