Computed tomography (CT) scan with coronal multiplanar reformation shows a large tracheal bronchus supplying the entire right upper lobe (arrow) and a small bronchus intermedius coursing caudally (thick arrow). Incidental note is made of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia in the lung parenchyma.
