Cunningham clamp

The Cunningham clamp is a penile compression device that can be used to treat male stress incontinence (eg, post-radical prostatectomy). To prevent complications, the clamp should be released every two hours, its position on the shaft should be rotated, and the clamp should not be worn during sleep.
