Supraglottic laryngeal cancer with airway obstruction

Supraglottic laryngeal cancer with significant obstruction of intubation path. The hanging cancer tissue obstructs the intubation path, and could also be cut off by the edge of an ETT when attempting to railroad the tube over a flexible scope. Tracheostomy was performed with local anesthetic.
