Frontal fibrosing alopecia

Band-like patch of alopecia across frontotemporal hairline with loss of follicular ostia and perifollicular hyperkeratosis surrounding hairs near the margin of alopecia. There are several "lonely hairs" on the forehead anterior to the receding frontal hairline.
