Pancreas divisum with a dilated dorsal duct

A child with recurrent acute pancreatitis and MRCP that revealed pancreas divisum.
(A) MRCP shows the dilated dorsal pancreatic duct crossing the distal common bile duct (thin arrow) and ending into the minor papilla (thick arrow).
(B) ERCP demonstrates the dilated dorsal duct.
