Left sacroiliac joint with grade 2 sacroiliitis

The right sacroiliac joint appears normal. The left sacroiliac joint is scored as grade 2. It shows minimal abnormality. It has small localized areas with sclerosis and possible erosions without a very obviously widened joint space.
