Transoral robotic resection of supraglottic laryngeal cancer

The patient had prophylactic tracheostomy ahead of the cancer resection due to a large resection area. For patients without a tracheostomy, nasal intubation is usually performed rather than oral intubation to maximize oral capacity for surgical equipment.
