Metastatic calcification

Metastatic calcification
Axial computed tomography (CT) scan (A) and coronal reformation (B) show conglomerate subpleural calcifications of the lung parenchyma in the right upper lobe and right lower lobe in a patient with chronic renal failure and high calcium phosphate product. These findings are consistent with metastatic calcification.
