2D scanning of the posterior compartment to assess for posterior vaginal cysts and masses, mesh, and intussusception |
3D scanning with NO pelvic floor contraction to assess for levator ani avulsion or the levator ani deficiency |
If the anal sphincter does not appear intact and the patient is symptomatic, proceed with EAUS |
