Normal lung ultrasound with A lines

This movie shows lung sliding at the pleural line. The top arrow indicates pleural line (sometimes described as "ants marching"). The bottom arrow indicates an A-line, a normal finding caused by a reverberation artifact from the highly reflective acoustic interface at the pleural line.
