CMR still short-axis LGE

CMR still short-axis LGE
Short-axis late gadolinium enhancement image demonstrates RV myocardial enhancement that corresponds to the region of dyskinesia from cine imaging. The normal RV wall is dark due to nulling of the myocardial signal (arrowheads), whereas in the region of dyskinesia, there is diffuse enhancement of the RV wall (arrows), presumably due to fibrosis.
CMR: cardiac magnetic resonance; LGE: late gadolinium enhancement; RV: right ventricular.
