ECG left ventricular hypertrophy with ST-T changes

ECG left ventricular hypertrophy with ST-T changes
ECG shows sinus bradycardia at about 55 beats/minute, with normal axis and intervals. In addition to very prominent voltage in the precordial leads and evidence of left atrial abnormality, the infero-lateral leads show ST-T changes that are consistent with severe LVH (sometimes referred to in older literature as a "strain" pattern). These repolarization findings are not diagnostic of LVH but can also be seen with ischemia, etc.
ECG: electrocardiogram; LVH: left ventricular hypertrophy.
