Tracheoesophageal fistula

Bronchoscopic view of a large tracheoesophageal fistula. The tracheal carina can be seen in the distance (arrow). The fistula can be seen in the posterolateral position (thick arrows) with a nasogastric tube in place (arrowhead). Note the gastric soilage within the trachea into the right of the nasogastric tube.
