Upper extremity reconstruction following tumor excision

This patient underwent biopsy of the subcutaneous soft tissue (A), and a diagnosis of fibrohistiocytoma was confirmed. Following wide resection of the lesion (B), the soft tissue defect was covered with a lateral upper arm free flap (C).
