Chest radiograph of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia

Chest radiograph shows characteristic peripheral pulmonary consolidation and ground-glass opacification, demarcated medially by a vertical band of opacification. The central, perihilar lung parenchyma is spared. This pattern is dubbed photographic negative of pulmonary edema.
