Palmar fasciitis
Palmar fasciitis and polyarthritis syndrome of the hands in a patient with metastatic prostate cancer. A 62-year-old man with metastatic prostate cancer developed palmar fasciitis with contractures and polyarthritis. This paraneoplastic syndrome has been associated with a variety of malignant neoplasms and can mimic scleroderma, complex regional pain syndrome, Dupuytren contractures, and eosinophilic fasciitis.
