ECG left anterior fascicular block

Sinus rhythm at 75 beats per minute. QRS duration is normal. Note the marked left axis deviation at about -60° consistent with left anterior fascicular block. As part of this pattern, qR is present in lead aVL along with terminal S waves in the lateral precordial leads. Slow R wave progression V1 through V3 is nondiagnostic.
