The picture show the ventral entry (A) and dorsal exit (B) wounds near the meatus from a low-velocity gunshot wound causing urethral injury and associated tissue injury to the fossa navicularis. A mid-penile urethrostomy was created for urinary diversion proximal to the injured segment (surgical instrument projecting through the wound at time of exploration; urethral catheter within the uninjured penile urethra; C). Delayed urethral reconstruction was performed by advancing the urethra to the glans penis.
