Acute traumatic posterior SCJ dislocation.
(A) Anteroposterior clavicle radiograph demonstrates no obvious abnormalities.
(B) Serendipity view demonstrates asymmetry of the SCJ with posterior translation of the right clavicle.
(C) CT scan clearly demonstrates a posteriorly displaced medial clavicle.
