TEE (transgastric midpapillary view of the left and right ventricles) showing pericardial effusion with RV diastolic collapse

In this videoclip of the transgastric midpapillary view, we see a large pericardial effusion encircling the lateral and inferior left ventricle and also behind the right ventricle. There is clear collapse of the right ventricle in diastole, consistent with tamponade.
