Right axillary artery injury with reconstruction

Right axillary artery injury with reconstruction
The picture (patient's head to the left) shows the repair of the second portion of an injured right axillary artery using a 6-mm Dacron graft with infraclavicular exposure. The superior incision is a supraclavicular exposure that was used for proximal vascular control prior to exploration of the hematoma at the site of the injury.
