Iliac vein compression following EVAR
The patient presented with acute left lower extremity swelling following endovascular aneurysm repair. The venogram (prone positioning) showed extensive DVT of left iliac (A) and femoral (B) veins from external compression of left iliac vein by the aortic stent-graft. The patient was treated successfully with thrombolysis and stenting of both left common and external iliac veins (C).
