Minimally invasive esophagectomy

The video illustrates the major steps of minimally invasive esophagectomy with anastomosis in the chest. The procedure is started with a laparoscopic approach to divide the esophagus distally and create the gastric tube for subsequent reconstruction, followed by a thoracosopic approach to remove the tumor and perform the esophagogastric anastomosis.
