Vocal fold nodules

Laryngoscopic image of a patient with chronic hoarseness. Bilateral superficial nodular changes are seen on the inferior lip of the mid-vocal folds (arrows). A normal mucosal wave was seen on stroboscopy. The patient responded to voice therapy.
