D5NS: isotonic saline solution with 5% dextrose; D5W: 5% dextrose in water; D50W: 50 g dextrose solution; ETCO2: end tidal carbon dioxide; ET: endotracheal; IV: intravenous; LMA: laryngeal mask airway; NS: normal (isotonic) saline.
* Airway medications and equipment should be available in sufficient amounts to perform at least four tracheal intubations per 1000 racers.
