Fascia iliaca block ultrasound

For ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca block, the fascia lata, iliacus muscle, and fascia iliaca are identified. The needle is inserted in-plane, with the tip placed under the fascia iliaca for injection of local anesthetic. The arrow shows the needle trajectory.
