Tooth discoloration due to prolonged conjugated hyperbilirubinemia
Marked discoloration of the teeth in a 10-year-old male with short bowel syndrome with prior history of chronic parenteral nutrition dependence and cholestasis. This is most likely caused by prolonged conjugated hyperbilirubinemia during dental development.
