HSG image of a woman with infertility. The distal ampullary and infundibular portions of the tubes demonstrate dilated caliber (arrows) as well as filling defects and diverticulae (arrowheads) bilaterally. Lack of free spillage into the peritoneal cavity indicates bilateral tubal occlusion.
