Redirect spinal needle

If the needle hits bone during spinal needle placement, note the depth, withdraw the needle into the introducer if one is used, and redirect and reinsert in a slightly cephalad direction. If bone is contacted again, the depth compared with the initial insertion will help determine further maneuvers.
