Pediatric melanoma

Melanoma on the right thigh of a 16-month boy. The lesion appears as a dome-shaped, pigmented lesion measuring 17x19 mm, with central ulceration. Histology revealed a severely atypical melanocytic tumor with a Breslow thickness of 7.5 mm.
