Coronal ultrasound image demonstrates a systemic feeding vessel to fetal lung mass. Thoracoamniotic shunt was placed at 29 weeks of gestation. Following delivery at 33 weeks of gestation due to premature labor, the mass was resected due to respiratory distress.
