Extrabronchial tumor not suitable for photodynamic therapy

Computed tomographic scan of a right-sided tumor that involves the airway in a minimal capacity, but has a significant proportion of disease outside the airway wall and invades the lobar pulmonary artery and vein. Patients with tumors such as these are not candidates for bronchoscopic photodynamic therapy.
