Dermoscopic evaluation of pigmented skin lesions using the blue-black rule: Basal cell carcinoma

Using the blue-black rule (combination of blue and black color in at least 10 percent of the lesion surface area), this lesion was classified as suspicious and subjected to biopsy. Histopathology demonstrated a basal cell carcinoma.
