Groin or adductor wrap

Groin or adductor wrap
Patients recovering from an adductor muscle strain may benefit from added support, such as that described here, while they resume activity:
(A) Place wrap on the lateral thigh and encircle the thigh in a medial direction.
(B) Continue to wrap around the thigh, over the greater trochanter, across the lower abdomen, cover the iliac crest, around the waist and gluteals, cross the greater trochanter, end on the thigh.
(C) Reinforce with elastic tape.
