Eccentric decline squat

Eccentric decline squat
The eccentric squat is performed on an inclined surface using only the affected leg during descent until the knee is flexed to approximately 60 degrees (A). It is important to sit back and not allow the knee to move forward. The unaffected limb can be used to bear most of the patient's weight (B) as she or he returns to the starting standing position.
