ISAP2016 is sponsored and organized by the Communications Society of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communications Engineers (IEICE), and will be held in cooperation with the Antennas and Propagation Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE/AP-S), the International Union of Radio Science (URSI), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the European Association on Antennas and Propagation (EurAAP), Institute of Antenna Engineers of Taiwan (IAET), the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic Engineering and Science (KIEES), the Antennas Society of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (AS-CIE), the Chinese Microwave Association (CMA), the Radio Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV), the Electrical Engineering/ Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication, and Information Technology Association of Thailand (ECTI, Thailand), and the European Con
