Health Care Management Review (HCMR) disseminates state-of-the-art knowledge about the administration, leadership, and management of health care systems, organizations, and agencies. HCMR is multidisciplinary in scope, with manuscripts drawing on and expanding research and theory on organizational theory, organizational behavior, human resources management, strategy, and sociology.
