Volume 46(12) pgs. 1599-1739 December 2022

AB Signet-ring stromal tumor (SRST) is a rare ovarian stromal neoplasm characterized by a population of bland signet-ring cells, devoid of mucin or lipid, in a generally cellular fibromatous stroma. Previous reports have described heterogenous immunohistochemical and molecular genetic findings, including occasional nuclear [beta]-catenin expression and/or CTNNB1 mutations. We report 10 ovarian stromal neoplasms originally diagnosed as SRST.

Clonal-pattern Seborrheic Keratosis: Risk of Recurrence and Progression to Carcinoma.

Goldsmith, Joshua F. DO; Montaser Kouhsari, Laleh MD; Tahan, Steven R. MD

doi : 10.1097/PAS.0000000000001973

AB Seborrheic keratosis is a benign epidermal tumor. Seborrheic keratosis with clonal pattern (CPSK) displays histologic features distinct from other subtypes of SK (non-CPSK). We sought to quantitatively assess the risk of recurrence and progression to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), either in situ or invasive, of incompletely excised CPSKs.
