ICCIC 2016 continued its mission on the quality upbringing oftechnical publication for the young researchers by allowing them to re-submit afresh after meeting the correction, technical pitfalls corrections and presentation changes suggested by reviewers. Papers with original technical contributions but had a lot of other IPR and presentation issues were resolved for the budding researchers. The mission of ICCIC is not only to provide a forum for young researchers to meet experienced researchers, but also to provide a quality publishing mechanism for all young researchers.
